Hard to decide what i like the least.  No millage end out it if it ends service ahead of time ?  General fund !

Are we adding bus kiosks ?  Are we just allocating property use from homeowner easements ?
Who is going to clean and maintain those stops ?  2 guesses.

The Senior Center is down 2 buses.

The Benefactors  .  Does Beaumont end it's support of the Seniors buses should RoGo pass ?
The stakeholders are you and me.

We have promotions already starting ( freep etc ) yet very little support information.
Kind of reminds me of " you have to approve it, before you get to see what is in it "

We all know how those "alerts" work.

https://www.dailytribune.com/news/royal-oak-to-alert-residents-on-sidewalk-city-bus-millage/article_6d92e3f4-b5f0-11e8-80a8-e7707e5b1996.html

"City Commissioner Randy LeVasseur was among those unwilling to approve the city mailing without first seeing a letter draft.

“Even if (the information) is not expressed as advocacy … it could be a form of politicking” in the choice of words used, he said."

Thank you Commissioner LeVasseur for standing up for the residents and attempting to put an end to business as usual.  Thank you to the rest of the commissioners for agreeing that this informative letter to be mailed to residents should not be left up solely to our City Manager.

An absolute NO on both.

So what was outcome of "mailing"...is it going to happen?  If yes, assume city (we) pay for it right?  Nuts.

Which city fund does this "informational" and slanted piece of garbage coming from?  Administration?  Police? Fire? Parks and Rec? DDA? Finance? Water?  Roots?  Oh no, not the General Fund!  Our taxes go into the general fund, right?   >:(  :(  >:(  :(  >:(

https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/elections/oakland-county/2018/10/08/royal-oak-transit-proposal-creates-controversy/1513623002/

"Still, Fournier said nothing is set in stone. According to the ballot language, the millage would "defray the costs of establishing, operating and maintaining a public transit system in the City of Royal Oak." The ultimate decision on how to use the money would be up to the city commission."

Are you kidding me?  WHAT ARE WE VOTING ON?

If this passes, they will in millions $$$ from our taxes in DECEMBER.  With no guarantee of what we will get for that?  Is it possible our city commission took this ridiculous concept from bad to worse?  Just vote to give us money and we will decide what to do with it.  Wow, they really have gone too far.

There is a certain elected official that needs to be slapped!  ".....ultimate decision decided by the commission." ?????  Get over yourself!

Yes, look what Berkley and Waterford are doing?  Look what Troy has?  Look what Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Twp. did when they pooled their resources?

And what does Royal Oak drool over?  A medical office building and a park.  And apartments, apartments, apartments!!!!!  Bleek!
