Ready for pot in your neighborhood?
« on: July 11, 2019, 08:35:50 PM »

Although commissioners seemed to favor a no-marijuana city, the latest tribune article suggests that this won't end up being so

https://www.dailytribune.com/news/local/royal-oak-to-start-work-on-rules-for-marijuana-businesses/article_6c6d83d4-a407-11e9-86a2-870622501f24.html

I don't really care if pot is sold in the Delemare area, but what about my neighborhood?   We got ROAK with the city re-zoning the land to make it industrial.

What about the part of the city you live in?

Buzz- Zoning is working on ordinances and they are to be presented at the work session as preliminary guidance.   I’m not sure they are showing on the agenda.

You mean the ones that specify that hizzhonor and certain specified commissioners get to define what is allowed?

To my knowledge no one but planning and zoning has seen them yet.   I sure have not.   But I’ve also not seen the agenda for the workshop.

Excuse me, the agenda has been posted but I am on my phone and am not going to read it.   Some of the links are active.
